2S Metal Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture of steel pipes, steel plates, light lip channel, and steel wire mesh in Thailand, Lao People's Democratic Republic, and internationally. It operates in two segments, Production and Trading. The company offers galvanized steel pipes, round steel/ deformed bars, H-beams, I-beams, expanded metal, channel steel, barbered wire, checkered plates, steel square bars, steel round bars, cut and bend rebars, galvanized steel battens, annealing wires, and chain link and crimped wire meshes, as well as flat bars, and C-line products. It also trades in steel products; and provides transportation services. The company was formerly known as Southern Steel Public Company Limited and changed its name to 2S Metal Public Company Limited in April 2010. 2S Metal Public Company Limited was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Bang Klam, Thailand.
