American Critical Minerals Corp. engages in the acquisition and development of mineral deposits in the United States. The company primarily explores for potash, lithium/brine, and bromine. It holds 100% interest in the Green River Potash and Lithium Project consisting of 11 potash and lithium mineral leases, and 1,094 federal lithium brine claims covering an area of approximately 35,000 acres located in Utah. The company was formerly known as American Potash Corp. and changed its name to American Critical Minerals Corp. in December 2024. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
