Chimcomplex S.A. engages in the production, sale, and market of inorganic and organic chemicals in Europe, the Middle East, the Asia Pacific, Africa, and the United States. The company offers macromolecular products, such as polyol-polyethers for polyurethane foams; chlorosodium products, including caustic soda solution 50%, caustic soda flakes, technical sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid synthesis, liquid chlorine, and bottled liquid chlorine; organic synthesis products comprising propylene oxide, propylene glycol, oxo-alcohols, isopropylamine, and methylamines. It also provides inorganic chlorides, such as calcium chloride solution, calcium chloride technique, lime chloride, and ferric chloride; and other products, including demineralized water, sulfuric acid, ammonia water, and chlorcholine chloride. In addition, the company offers alkylamine products, including monomethylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, and isopropylamine. Further, it provides various anticorrosive protection services comprising elastomer protections for vats, reactors, washing columns, tanks, and pipes; rubber rehabilitation and repair work on damaged protected surfaces; painting works for interior and exterior painting; sandblasting work; antacid sandstone cladding of metal, rubberized, and concreted surfaces; and executions of new metal fabrications and mechanical repairs of existing structures. Its products are used in metallurgy, steel industry, thermal energy, food and beverages, automotive, construction, mining, textiles, pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, plastics, electronics, furniture, household appliances, packaging, sanitation and public hygiene, furniture, automotive, household appliances, inks and paints, and other industries. The company was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Bacau, Romania. Chimcomplex S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Crc Alchemy Holding B.V.
