It also provides transportation, customs clearance, insurance agency, technology transfer and transfer consultancy, short-stay accommodation, mobile catering, telecommunications agency, construction materials and industrial equipment distribution agency, maintenance, warranty, value added telecommunications, Internet access, and mail order services, as well as computer consulting, system management, and programming services; constructs public utility works; operates hotels, motels, and restaurants; owns or rents real estate properties; and builds various houses.
