Columbus Copper Corporation (the "Company" or "Columbus Copper") was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (B.C.) on January 4, 2005. On January 10, 2013, the Company changed its name from Empire Mining Corporation to Columbus Copper Corporation. The Company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V" or "Exchange") under the symbol "CCU" as a Tier 2 mining issuer, and its principal business activity is the exploration and development of mineral properties. All of the Company’s mineral properties are located in Albania. The operations of the Company are not subject to the effect of seasonality or cyclicality. To date, the Company has not received any revenue from mining operations and is considered to be in the exploration stage.
