Deep Yellow Limited is an advanced-stage uranium exploration and development company. The Company's principal activities include the core Namibian projects, which include pre-development activities to progress the Tumas Project and reassessment of the Omahola Project, and Other, which includes uranium mineral exploration in Namibia and activities associated with the divestment of non-core projects in Namibia and Australia. The Company's segments include Australia and Namibia. The Omahola Project consists of three relatively shallow open pitable hard rock deposits: the Ongolo and MS7 Alaskite deposits, and the INCA deposit. Its Tubas Sand Project consists primarily of low-grade secondary uranium mineralization (carnotite) in well-sorted aeolian (windblown) sand, which occurs immediately south of the Tubas palaeochannel located on Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL) 3496. The Tumas (Palaeochannel) Project straddles EPLs 3496 and 3497.
