Dukhan Bank Q.P.S.C. provides various banking and financial products and services to personal, private, and corporate clients. It operates through four segments: Wholesale Banking; Retail and private Banking; Treasury and Investments Division; and Subsidiaries. It offers current, savings, and time deposit accounts; debit, credit, and prepaid cards; personal, vehicle, and home financing; salary advance; and wealth management solutions. The company also provides investment solutions and services comprising portfolio management services, mutual funds, capital protected products, and Sukuk for private banking clients; domestic and international payment and transfer, treasury and foreign exchange, and short-term investment services; customized financing, mortgages for high-end residential and commercial properties, letters of credit and guarantees, short-term liquidity solutions, and global concierge lifestyle services; and international real estate search and facilitation, wealth planning and structuring, and yacht administration and search services. In addition, it offers cash management and employee services; finance products, including goods murabaha, commodity murabaha, istisna’a and forward ijara, wakala Murabaha, and ijara; corporate finance solutions; project finance advisory, syndication, structured finance, and other structured shari’ah compliant solutions; trade services, such as shipping guarantee indemnity, application for a letter of guarantee, murhaba sale contract, application for issuance of irrevocable documentary credit, and agency contract; transaction banking and general banking capabilities; asset management products; and institutional and digital banking services. The company was formerly known as Barwa Bank Q.P.S.C. and changed its name to Dukhan Bank Q.P.S.C. in October 2020. Dukhan Bank Q.P.S.C. was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Lusail, Qatar.
