The condensed consolidated financial statements of Dream Office REIT include the accounts of Dream Office REIT and its subsidiaries. Dream Office REIT indirectly owns office properties through its subsidiaries primarily in downtown Toronto. A subsidiary of Dream Office REIT performs the property management function.
