Spod Lithium Corp., a mineral exploration company, engages in the acquisition and development of mineral properties in Canada. It explores for lithium deposits, battery, and base and precious metals. The company owns 100% interest in the North Nipigon Property comprising 401 mineral claims that covers approximately 8,679 hectares located in the Birch-Uchi Sub-province, Ontario. It also has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Lithium Grande 4 Property that consist of 41 mining claims which covers approximately an area of 2,100 hectares located in the James Bay Region, QUEBEC; and 50 interest in MegaLi Property consisting of 78 mineral claims that covers approximately 3,997 hectares located in the James Bay Region, QUEBEC. The company was formerly known as EEE Exploration Corp. and changed its name to Spod Lithium Corp. in September 2022. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
