It operates through three segments: Intralogistics Equipment Subscription Services, Maintenance and Repair Services, and Sales of Intralogistics Equipment and Parts. The intralogistics equipment subscription services segment offers intralogistics equipment, which includes counterbalanced, reach, and warehouse forklifts. Its services include equipment selection, on-site operation training, general and necessary maintenance and repair, and real-time monitoring of equipment status and operation through its intelligent asset and operation management platform. The Maintenance and Repair Services segment provides on-site maintenance and repair services; and sells new and used intralogistics equipment and parts on a project basis for one-off repair services. The Sales of Intralogistics Equipment and Parts segment sells new intralogistics equipment and parts. The company also trades in intralogistics equipment parts, such as electric loaders, forging a new engine, and intralogistics equipment solutions. In addition, it provides installation, transformation, and repair of special equipment; research and development of emerging energy technologies; and manufactures and sells batteries and parts, as well as offers software development and Internet of Things technical services. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, China.
