Fras-le S.A. provides friction materials for braking systems and other products in Brazil, England, Argentina, the United States, China, India, Uruguay, the Netherlands, and internationally. It operates through Automakers and Replacement segments. The company offers brake linings and pads, railway and brake shoes, clutch facings, universal sheets, and industrial products; brake discs and drums, and master and wheel cylinders; and shock absorbers and kits, suspension brushings, pivots, suspension trays, ball joints, homokinetic joints, linkage bars, and wheel hubs. It also provides engine components comprising pistons, valves, water and oil pumps, fuel pumps, hoses, air filters, and gaskets; packed liquids consisting of brake fluids, coolants, anticorrosive, antifreezes, concentrated additives, and lubricators; and servo brakes, repair kits, actuators, polymer materials, bearings, crosspieces, shafts, crowns, pinions, flanges, tie rod ends, steering and connection bars, CV joints, braking plates, riveting machines, dies, and iron and steel scrap and composite materials. The company sells its products under the FRAS-LE, Controil, FREMAX, and NAKATA brands. It also exports its products. The company serves OEMs and aftermarkets. Fras-le S.A. was founded in 1954 and is based in Caxias Do Sul, Brazil. Fras-le S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações.
