Hangzhou First Applied Material Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, designs, develops, manufactures, and sells solar battery encapsulation materials in China and internationally. It is also involved in solar power generation system, enterprise management consulting, software and information technology, and equity and industrial investment activities. The company exports its products. The company was formerly known as Hangzhou First PV Material Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Hangzhou First Applied Material Co., Ltd. in March 2017. Hangzhou First Applied Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 and is based in Hangzhou City, China.
