Israel Ports Development & Assets Company Ltd. engages in the development, management, and operation of commercial seaports. Israel Ports Development & Assets Company Ltd. was formerly known as Israel Ports Authority and changed its name to Israel Ports Development & Assets Company Ltd. in January 2005. The company was founded in 1961 and is based in Jaffa, Israel.
