In addition, it licenses its brand names to manufacturers and distributors of women’s and men’s apparel and accessories. The company sells its products through specialty and department stores and mass merchandisers. It also owns a network of retail and factory outlet stores; and various e-commerce Web sites, such as jny.com, ninewest.com, easyspirit.com, stuartweitzman.com, anneklein.com, rachelroy.com, brianatwood.com, and us.kurtgeiger.com. As of December 31, 2013, it operated 139 specialty retail stores and 364 outlet stores. The company was formerly known as Nine West Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Premier Brands Group Holdings LLC in March 2019. Premier Brands Group Holdings LLC was founded in 1970 and is based in Wilmington, Delaware with additional offices in White Plains, New York, and Plantation, Florida.
