It is also involved in consulting, brokerage, and real estate and land use rights auction; travel agency, tour operator, and other reservation service activities; other professional, scientific, and technical activities; trading of own or rented property and land use rights; water drainage and wastewater treatment; technical testing and analysis; and plumbing, heat, and air-conditioning installation activities. In addition, the company engages in rental and leasing of motor vehicles; retail sale of carpets, mats, blankets, curtains, drapes, wall and floor coverings, and beverages in specialized stores; commission agents, brokers, and auction agents; restaurants and mobile food services; real estate services; short-term accommodation services; nursery, kindergarten, primary, secondary, and high school education; educational support; and funeral and cemetery service. The company was formerly known as Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group and change its name to CIC Group Joint Stock Company in June 2025. Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Rach Gia, Vietnam.
