Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the hotel and property development businesses in Thailand. It operates through Hotel Business, Property Development, and Office Rental segments. The company operates hotels in Laguna Phuket, including Angsana Laguna Phuket, Banyan Tree Phuket, Cassia Phuket, and Homm Suites Laguna located in Phuket province; and the Banyan Tree Bangkok situated in Bangkok. It also operates golf clubs, which includes Laguna Golf Phuket and Laguna Golf Bintan, as well as sells merchandise. In addition, the company sells and markets holiday club memberships; and rents spa, offices, and shops. Further, it is involved in travel operations, farming and restaurant, and trading business, as well as provision of employment and laundry services. The company was founded in 1983 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
