The company provides auto finance, speed drafts, housing loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, corporate loans, working capital solutions, gold loans, educational loans, flexi interest loans, and others; financial services for MSMEs, including training programs, facilitates market linkages, and provides debt restructuring and moratoriums; offers financial services to non-bank financial institutions and savings and deposits products; stock broking and microfinance; and provides vehicle maintenance and servicing and repairs. It offers agriculture services, including agri machinery, seeds and agri inputs for an end-to-end farming solution; provides plantation solutions for tea, rubber, cinnamon, coconut, commercial timber, and ancillary crops; manufactures and trades of battery, generators, human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, machinery and hardware, home and office solutions, boiler and marine services, heavy machineries, and radiators; and generates solar power energy. In addition, the company provides engineering and construction services; cloud-based service management system; and explores and develops of graphite mines, installs graphite refineries, extracts graphite oil-based dry lubricants, graphite processing; operates hotels, restaurants, and resorts; develops real estate; fabricates aluminium; offers air ticketing and outbound tour, healthcare, plantation management, powder coating, and secretarial services; and glass processing and graphene manufacturing. It serves in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Cambodia, Maldives, Myanmar, Indonesia, Pakistan, Africa, the Philippines, and internationally. The company was formerly known as Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC and changed its name to LOLC Holdings PLC in October 2018. The company was incorporated in 1980 and is headquartered in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka.
