Mena Holding Group KSCC operates as a shareholding holding company that provides real estate and industrial services. It executes leisure and tourism projects, and owns shares in companies specialized in logistics, agricultural, construction, and real estate sector, as well as Kuwaiti and foreign contribution companies; and contributes to the establishment of specialized firms or the purchase of bills of this company’s management of public and private institutions, and distributes guarantee to others. The company also engages in the supply and manufacture of tanks oil transfers; transport of various kind of goods, including the oil sector; establishing and managing foreign and Arab schools, warehouses, and department stores; maintenance and rental of warehouses and others for auto storage; establishing and operating tourist villages and processing facilities; and general trading and construction activities. In addition, it is involved in artistic theatrical production, publication, and distribution; organization of exhibitions and conferences; reclaiming of lands with basic facilities; sale and purchase of real estate with land development; management of the property of others; and the preparation of the studies and consultations in the fields of real estate. Further, the company manufactures prefab steel buildings; trades in Iron and construction materials; and exports machinery, equipment, and accessories for the manufacture of the formation of the iron, as well as undertakes various architectural and interiors contracting projects. Additionally, it engages in the rehabilitation of recycling, plastic and cardboard user; and production of insulating materials. The company was formerly known as Global Holding Group Co. K.S.C.C. and changed its name to Mena Holding Group KSCC in November 2007. Mena Holding Group KSCC was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
