National Bank Limited provides commercial banking products and services. Its deposit products include savings, current, term, foreign currency, education, century, luxury savings, FC, millionaire, other deposit schemes; monthly savings and earning schemes and double benefit schemes; and school banking, NBL AAMAR, and preferred service accounts. The company’s credit products portfolio comprises lease financing for acquisition of capital machinery, equipment, consumer durables, medical instruments, automobiles, etc.; house building financing loans for purchasing apartments, to construct residential buildings, and to renovate existing residential houses; working capital finance, such as overdraft, cash credit, loan against trust receipts, short term and demand loans, bank guarantees, and letters of credit; small and medium enterprise loans; retail credit; trade, SME, work/supply order, loan syndication and structured, and project financing; and agriculture and rural credit facilities. It also provides debit and credit cards; Internet banking services; and foreign trade, cash management, treasury, security, and custodian services. National Bank Limited was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
