Netop Solutions A/S develops and sells software solutions for the transfer of videos, screen images, sounds, and data between two or more computers over the Internet. It operates in two business areas, Customer Service and Education. The Customer Service business area markets secure remote access and live chat solutions, including Netop Remote Control, a remote support software solution to administer customers’ IT and PC infrastructure remotely; Netop OnDemand, which facilitates remote support of computer devices without installing software; and Netop Live Guide, a Web-based solution that supports chat. The Netop Remote Control solution contains a range of modules comprising Netop Remote Control OnDemand, used to remotely control computers; Netop WebConnect for connecting devices located outside of firewalls; Netop Security Server for defining various safety levels and roles; and Netop Remote Control Mobile and Embedded for remote control of mobile units, such as smartphones. The Education business area provides classroom management software, including MyVision, Vision, Vision Pro, Netop School, Vision Mobile, and Netop Response solutions for K-12 classroom teaching in public schools, special schools, upper secondary schools, and universities. Netop Solutions A/S sells its solutions to public and private clients in approximately 80 countries. The company was formerly known as Danware A/S and changed its name to Netop Solutions A/S in 2008. Netop Solutions A/S was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Birkerod, Denmark. As of February 4, 2021, Netop Solutions A/S operates as a subsidiary of Impero Solutions Limited.
