Nova Pacific Metals Corp., together with its subsidiary, Nova Lithium USA Corp., engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral projects in Canada. The company explores for critical and precious metal, copper, zinc, gold, silver, base metal, lead, and volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. The company was formerly known as Nova Lithium Corp. and changed its name to Nova Pacific Metals Corp. in July 2024.
