The company explores for critical and precious metal, copper, zinc, gold, silver, base metal, lead, and volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. Its flagship projects in the Lara VMS project covering an area of approximately 1,848.1 hectares located in the Village of Chemainus, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Nova Lithium Corp. and changed its name to Nova Pacific Metals Corp. in July 2024. Nova Pacific Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
