The REIT is sponsored by NTT Limited, a consolidated subsidiary of the Company. Leveraging NTT DATA's extensive experience in data center development and operations, the REIT aims to deliver stable and sustainable performance. Looking ahead, the Company is also considering the inclusion of additional data center assets owned by the Group.
