The company was formerly known as Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A. and changed its name to Tinexta S.p.A. in November 2018. The company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Rome, Italy. Tinexta S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Tecno Holding SpA.
