This segment sells its products to passenger and cargo airlines, ground handling companies, the United States Air Force, airports, and industrial customers. Its Commercial Aircraft, Engines and Parts segment provide commercial aircraft trading, leasing, and parts solutions; commercial aircraft storage, storage maintenance, and aircraft disassembly/part-out services; commercial aircraft parts sales, exchanges, procurement services, consignment programs, and overhaul and repair services to airlines and commercial aircraft leasing companies. This segment also offers composite aircraft structures, and repair and support services, as well as aircraft service and maintenance services. Its Digital Solutions segment develops and provides digital aviation and other business services to customers within the aviation industry. This segment also offers cloud-based software solutions for aviation aftermarket businesses. Its Regional Airline segment provides scheduled passenger services, air freight, charter services, ancillary passenger services, and government subsidies. As of March 31, 2026, this segment had 98 aircraft consisting of 57 owned SAAB 340B AND 340B+ twin-engine turboprop aircraft and remaining 41 aircraft includes the training fleet of the Australian Airline Pilot Academy.
