Public Joint Stock Company Acron, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures, distributes, and sells chemical fertilizers and related mineral primary and by-products in Latin America, Russia, Asia, the United States, the People’s Republic of China, Africa, Commonwealth of Independent States, and internationally. It operates through Acron, Dorogobuzh, Trading, Mining NWPC, and Other segments. The company provides mineral fertilizers, including nitrogen, complex, and calcium nitrate based fertilizers under the CALINKA; industrial products, such as low- and high-density ammonium nitrate, and automotive grade and feed grade urea; and raw materials which consist of appetite concentrate and anhydrous liquefied ammonia. It also produces apatite-nepheline ore; develops apatite concentrate; offers transaction and logistic services; and engages in agriculture and management operations, as well as development, exploration, and evaluation activities. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Moscow, Russia.
