The company offers MaxCS PBX, a suite of software applications to provide analog and VoIP telephone, operator software, and desktop call control software on each extension of the system; MaxCloud UC, a unified communications system for instant messaging, desktop sharing, and video conferencing; MaxMobile, a user interface solution for smart phone devices to separate desktop phone calls; and MaxCommunicator, a windows-based desktop application that provides call control and visual voice mail management to the desktop. It also offers MaxAgent, a windows-based desktop application to bring call control and workgroup information to call center agents; MaxSupervisor, a windows-based desktop application for call center supervisors to allow call center or workgroup supervisor to effectively manage a workgroup call, as well as operates FrontStage Cloud Contact Center, a voice, SMS, web chat, and email application product to support its certified partners. In addition, the company provides cloud communications and other financial services solutions. Altigen Communications, Inc. offers technology consulting solutions. The company serves financial services, healthcare, retail, and business services industries through a channel of distributors and resellers. Altigen Communications, Inc. was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Newark, California.
