ArriVent BioPharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, engages in the identification, development, and commercialization of medicines for the unmet medical needs of patients with cancers. It is also developing ARR-217, an antibody drug conjugate (ADC) for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers; and ARR-002 for solid tumors. The company has strategic collaborations with Aarvik Therapeutics Inc., Shanghai Allist Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., Beijing InnoCare Pharma Tech Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., and Lepu Biopharma Co. Ltd. ArriVent BioPharma, Inc. was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
