Biesse S.p.A. manufactures and sells integrated lines and machines for the processing of wood, glass, stone, plastics, and composites in Western Europe, the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, North America, and internationally. It operates through two segments: Machines and Systems, and Mechatronics. The Machines and Systems segment engages in the production, distribution, installation, and after-sales service of wood, glass, stone, and advanced materials processing machines, grinders, tools, components, and systems. The Mechatronics segment produces and distributes industrial, mechanical, and electronic components. It serves its customers under HSD, Diamut and Bavelloni brand names. Biesse S.p.A. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Pesaro, Italy. Biesse S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Bi.Fin. S.r.l.
