The company operates through three segments: Global Unified Communications(Global), Business Communications, and ICT. It offers IT managed, cloud hosting, cloud computing, or infrastructure as a service, telecommunications and unified communications services, including cloud-based UCaaS, voice services, connectivity, internet access, wide area networks and related communications solutions; select security, private cloud and related managed technology services. The company also provides broadband solutions comprising NBN, fibre ethernet, MPLS, and point-to-point services; AI-Powered transcription, AI sentiment analysis and insights; Contact Centre, Call recording and live analytics; Mobile Calling; Fixed wireless and dark fibre; Multi-carrier network services; 5g mobile broadband, LP-WAN and IOT; and SD-WAN and secure firewall; on-premise and network edge security; managed firewalls including fortinet flex solutions. Additionally, it offers Cisco Webex calling; SIP trunking and call termination services; multi-country deployment for multinational organisations; SMS messaging; white-label solutions for carriers and contact centres; fast enablement and managed services; global numbers; and global network and 24x7 support services. It serves enterprise, government, carrier and wholesale customers. The company offers its services under the Next Telecom, commsgroup, onPlatinum, and Trasmanet brands. The company was formerly known as CommsChoice Group Limited and changed its name to Comms Group Limited in November 2020. Comms Group Limited was incorporated in 2017 and is based in Sydney, Australia.
