The company was formerly known as Hafei Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Avicopter Plc in December 2014. Avicopter Plc was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Beijing, China. As of March 13, 2025 Avicopter Plc (SHSE:600038) operates as subsidiary of AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (SEHK:2357).
