Further, it is involved in the OTC derivatives and market making business. The company was formerly known as Holly Futures Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Soho Holly Futures Co., Ltd. in May 2025. Soho Holly Futures Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Nanjing, the People’s Republic of China.
