Further, it engages in provision of media courses; music and commercial TV content production; content development for applications; investing in shares and other securities; and commodities and other related activities of capital markets. The company was formerly known as JMD Telefilms Industries Limited and changed its name to JMD Ventures Limited. JMD Ventures Limited was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Mumbai, India.
