Kuwait Financial Centre - KPSC, together with its subsidiaries, provides asset management and investment banking services in Kuwait and internationally. It operates through three segments: Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Others. The company offers portfolio management services, including discretionary, non-discretionary and advisory services, as well as equity, real estate, and fixed income portfolios; and market making services. It also provides wealth management services, such as tailored portfolio across all asset classes, investments advisory mandates, private equity and venture capital, private credit portfolio, and iMarkaz; capital market and m&a advisory services; and industry, capital markets, regulatory, economic, policy, infrastructure, and periodic research services, as well as consulting services comprising industry market assessment, company valuation, business plans, white label reports, due diligence/business evaluation, c-suite support at CXO level, databases access, feasibility studies, and directors intelligence support. In addition, the company offers real estate services, including fund management, tailored portfolio management, full property management, RE development, and advisory services. Further, it is involved in funding import and export operation; undertake the job of brokers; dealing and trading in foreign currencies and precious metal markets; offering personal, commercial, and consumer loans; finance operation related to pledging investment portfolios and securities and finance brokerage; investment in industrial, real estate, agricultural, services, and other sectors; placement agent; and custodian services. Kuwait Financial Centre - KPSC was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
