R&R REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established pursuant to the Declaration of Trust (“DOT”) dated July 16, 2014, and is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario. The REIT’s head office and address for service is Suite 500 – 5090 Explorer Drive, Mississauga, ON, Canada L4W 4T9. Units of the REIT trade on Tier 1 of the Exchange under the symbol RRR.UN. The strategy of the REIT is to (i) generate stable and growing cash flows from hotel properties located principally in the United States; (ii) enhance the value of its assets and maximize the long-term value of the hotel properties through active management; and (iii) expand its asset base and increase its Adjusted Funds from Operations (“AFFO”) per unit through an accretive acquisition program and improvements to its hotel properties utilizing revenue and yield management strategies, operational improvements and targeted value added capital expenditure programs.
