Rectron Limited manufactures and sells discrete semiconductors in Taiwan, rest of Asia, the United States, Europe, and internationally. Its products include bridge rectifiers, ESD diodes, high voltage and MOSFET products, recovery rectifiers, Schottky diodes, signal-switching diodes, silicon carbide Schottky products, standard rectifiers, transistors, TVS and Zener diodes, and other products. The company was founded in 1976 and is based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
