Ricoh Company, Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures, and sells digital products and services in Japan, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Asia-Pacific, and internationally. The company offers industrial inkjet, such as thin?lm, metal, and geljet printheads; direct to garment printer; auto body, tyre, and bottle printers, letter robo, and head module; thermal paper and transfer ribbon; and other industrial products, including embedded controllers and fonts. It also provides 360 degree, digital, compact, and film cameras, lenses, binoculars and telescopes, and related accessories, as well as scanners; multifunction devices, printers, printing, wide format, and fax machines, network related equipment; auto ID systems; electrical units; cut sheet and continuous feed production printers; industrial optical components, modules, and precision equipment parts; and other related consumables. In addition, the company offers 360 degree image data services; work assistance and inspection camera system; rewritable laser system; plastic solder printing mask; soldering robot; contract production of PCBs; solid-state dye-sensitized solar cell; and healthcare products. Further, it engages in the construction of IT infrastructure; advertising; software; design and maintenance of devices and applications; and the provision of telecommunications, financial management, facility management services. The company was formerly known as Riken Optical Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Ricoh Company, Ltd. in 1963. Ricoh Company, Ltd. was incorporated in 1936 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
