Silic is the leading owner of predominantly office business parks in the Paris region with a portfolio of 1,224,000 m² of offices and multi-purpose space valued at €3.6 billion at end-December 2012. The bulk of its portfolio is concentrated in five of the eight Greater Paris development areas. It mainly comprises office buildings located in the major business areas of La Défense and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. These buildings alone account for 81% of the portfolio in service value. Silic shares are listed on the NYSE Euronext Paris and form part of the CAC Mid 60, SBF 120 and CAC Mid and Small indices. They are eligible for the deferred settlement system (SRD). Silic is a property investment company with SIIC tax status (French-style REIT).
