In addition, the company operates OZmall, publishes OZ Magazine, Metro Minutes, books, e-books, comics, and Starts Publishing Bunko publications, and provides advertising agency, website and information system development, temporary staffing, and cultural facility management services. Starts Corporation Inc. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
