In addition, it offers automotive modules, comprising choke modules for inverters, component carriers, power conversion modules, and components and modules; magnetic materials such as ferrites, powder cores and nanocrystalline materials; filters; feedthrough capacitors and ceramics, which consists filter plates, trimmer capacitors, and ceramic mounting elements; flexible connections; electronic manufacturing services; power industry; and components for medical equipment, includes network isolation and isolation transformers. The company was formerly known as Sumida Electric Co., Ltd and changed its name to Sumida Corporation in June 2000. Sumida Corporation was founded in 1950 and is headquartered in Chuo, Japan.
