The company focuses on exploring Nevada’s Deer Musk East property consists of 371 claims covering an area of 7,400 acres located in the prolific Clayton Valley; the Edwards Creek Valley consists of 1,243 claims covering an area of 22,200 acres; the Thompson Valley property comprising 33 claims covering an area of 6,900 acres located in Arizona; the Railroad Valley property comprising 563 claims; and the Little Smoky Valley property comprising 288 mineral claims located in Little Smoky Valley, Nevada. Ameriwest Lithium Inc. was formerly known as Oakley Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Ameriwest Lithium Inc. in April 2021. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
