It holds a 100% interest in the Jake mineral property consists of 12 contiguous mineral claims that cover an area of approximately 3,381 hectare located in Smithers, Northwestern British Columbia; Maestro property, which include 13 contiguous mineral claims covering an area of approximately 2,309.4 hectare located in central British Columbia; and the Troy property situated in central British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Quartz Mountain Gold Corp. and changed its name to Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. in November 1997. Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. was incorporated in 1982 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
