It also engages in the import and export business of goods and technologies; advertising; e-commerce; training; business; financial leasing; and rental activities. As of December 31, 2024, the company owned and operated a fleet of 129 aircraft. The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China. Spring Airlines Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service Ltd.
