Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides various banking products and services in Pakistan and internationally. The company operates through Corporate and Investment Banking; Wealth and Retail Banking; and Central & Other Items segments. The company provides term and fixed deposits; savings, digital, and current accounts; personal, home, and swift loans; mortgages; and overdrafts. It also offers investment products, such as fixed and regular income that includes government certificates and bonds/sukuks, certificates of deposit, and Naya Pakistan and Islamic Naya Pakistan certificates; mutual funds; life and general insurance products; and debit and credit cards. In addition, the company provides trade, transactional banking, securities, corporate finance, lending, debt capital market, and foreign exchange services; cash and wealth management, advisory, and structured financing services; and FX forwards and derivatives, as well as online banking services. Further, it offers a suite of Islamic banking products and services under the Standard Chartered Saadiq brand. The company also operates a network of branches. It serves small and medium sized, financial, sovereign, and personal and business clients, as well as corporates. The company was founded in 1863 and is based in Karachi, Pakistan. Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited is a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank (UK).
