The Company through its subsidiary MJ MedTech Inc researches, develops and commercializes a range of cannabidiol (CBD)-based products under Dr. AnnaRx and Medspresso brands. In addition, the Company also researches and develops indications for psilocybin therapies that will help patients who suffer from addiction, mental illness, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Its Dr. AnnaRx products are formulated with pharmaceutical premium grade CBD, all-natural ingredients and are gender neutral. It provides CBD infused Nespresso Compatible capsule, CBD infused Immune Booster Health Shots, Mushroom infused Nespresso Compatible capsule and Mushroom infused Immune Booster Health shots. It also provides Handcrafted Delights by Medspresso Range of Confectionary, which is a CBD infused treats made with ingredients sourced from across Africa.
