The company flagship property is the Bretana Norte oil field located in the Maranon Basin of northern Peru; and 100% working interest in Los Angeles oil field located in the Ucayali Basin of central Peru. The company was formerly known as Sterling Resources Ltd. and changed its name to PetroTal Corp. in June 2018. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
